1 kg of beef (cubed up with or without bones)
1 onion (sliced to fry in oil)
4 table spoon – Garlic, Ginger and tomato paste
Brown the onions, add the 4 tbsp of Garlic, ginger, tomato paste and add a bit of beef broth – Can also use fresh tomatoes too
2 teaspoon each of tumeric, ground cumin and coriander, paprika and black pepper
Add the 1 kg of beef and start browning the beef
Add Mushrooms cut in slices
Add salt to taste
Once the beef is browning, add 2 cups of beef broth and 1 cup water
Let it simmer on slow heat til done
(to make it spicy, add crush red chilli power, or fresh chillies)
1 bunch cilantro – ready to serve – cut cilantro and sprinkle on top to serve
