This roast beef salad looks pretty bland and basic, right? Wrong … once the purple onions, the delicately roasted red pepper and the slightly grilled baby tomatoes were added, Voila .. this roast beef salad was transformed. The harmonious balance of the natural juices of th roast beef, the lettuce underneath and the toppings, were fabulously blended. Moreover, note the portions, they are made for sharing!

When this Tuna Tartare came out, I was hesitant to let my photographer know what it was because he doesn’t care for tuna anything. However, this dish came out, I took a spoonful of all the right morsels and asked him to try it. Once he did I asked him how it was and he really liked it. In the spoon, I scooped, was some tuna, mango, cilantro, sugar snap peas and a bit of the sauce which was divine freshness in taste and quality, Then he asked me, what was it, I told him it was tuna tartare and he was vey surprised. He said, he has never has tuna like the and I was like that is because it is great quality and super fresh!

The lavender on in the photo below is called Lavender and this one I am drinking is Asian, which has a medley of chia seeds, cactus & melon juice topped with frothy egg white! YUM!! Good gawd I am like 50 saved of brown here! LOL

That’s why we source only the finest, freshest ingredients for our dishes. Every vegetable, every cut of meat, and every spice is carefully chosen to guarantee a taste that lingers in your memory.
What a great concept of redesigning and mixing traditional dishes into 1! Ramen ( from Japan) and Kimchi (from Korea) into a widely exotic combo of asian flavours. The visual of the partly done egg, the shredded cabbage and the not-so-ramen noodles topped with greens is very eye-catching. The beef is seared with a torch and then added to the bowl, a dish you definitely wanna try at least once, twice or … many times!
When this dish came out, I literally jumped in to try it because of how appealing it looked and smelled. The moist grilled chicken on skewers lightly resting on a bed of white steamed rice, the cashews drowning in the slightly salted sauces along with steamed broccoli for that splash of greenery! Highly nutritious! Moreover, the overall flavours, you see on wanting to eat no matter how fully you get! Skewer licking good!
WARNING: this story might make you laugh however, this is true what happened to me when having this dessert that was highly recommended by E-Motion Modern café and drinks? These are called purple candy, and they are dark chocolate truffles made to look like pebbles. However, once you cut into one, you’ll see how densely thick the chocolate is and it is absolutely to die for if you are a chocolate lover. Even if you are not a chocolate lover, you need to try this dessert, make sure to order coffee along with it to balance the dark bitter coffee with this thick dense chocolate truffle! BUT that isn’t the FUNNY part .. after trying 1 of the chocolate truffles I was engaged in conversation with the Chef and the Manager, as we were talking to reached to get the “white chocolate” pebble, and it was an actual pebble and when I went to bite into it and the Manager Natalia said nooooooooo .. that is a real pebble! Thank goodness I didn’t lose a tooth! CAUTION: don’t eat the “white chocolate: rocks! haha
